- Does your state have "pre-emption" legislation to restrict local political subdivisions from regulating seed?
Answer = NO

VARIETY LABELING:
- Does your law allow for "variety not stated" labeling?
Answer = YES, "Variety Not Stated" is allowed as long as it is not part of a brand name, is not abbreviated, nor part of a claim (as in "special drought-tolerant variety not stated tall fescue").
